Do you love watching the Academy Awards, but hate missing out on all the thrilling stuff that must be happening off-camera during the commercials? If so, you are cordially invited to join us for A NIGHT AT THE OSCARS. The entire Oscar ceremony will be projected without interruption, but during each ad break some of New York City's finest young improvisers will take to the stage and attempt to depict whats going on in and around The Dolby Theater! Backstage antics! In-crowd fighting! Leo vaping! All the magic of watching live TV in a room full of strangers, with bonus improv scenes directly inspired by what's happened on the broadcast just moments before!

Tessa Claire Hersh was in critically acclaimed off-broadway improvised musical comedy Blank! The musical. She is 3 time recipient of the UCB diversity Scholarship. She is currently in a show at UCB called The Female Gaze and she can be seen performing regularly with her Music Improv House team, Royals at various Theaters. She likes kids, dogs, ice cream, rainbows, sparkles, hugs, and the darkness that lurks within
Jon Braylock
Jon Braylock
Jonathan Braylock is an actor & comedian who paid a lot of money to receive a BFA from NYU Tisch, so people say "oh that's nice" when he tells them. He is also the co-host of the Black Men Can't Jump [In Hollywood] podcast.

His credits include: The Jim Gaffigan Show, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, MTV's Money From Strangers & MTV's Hey Girl.

He can be seen performing regularly at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater (NY), as well as The People's Improv Theater.

Alise Morales
Alise Morales is a comedy writer and performer. She is an improviser on UCBT's Lloyd Night, and a contributing writer for websites such as Betches and Reductress. In 2012 she was featured a featured standup in MTVU's College Quickies series and she is a member of the video sketch trio Horrible Insane Girl, which premiered on IFC's Comedy Crib in May 2015. She is one of the hosts of the Important Shit That Doesn't Matter podcast as well as many live shows including Cool Show (not lame) and The Roast of Your 15 Year Old Self. You can see her performing all over the city and in festivals across the country.
Griffin Newman
Griffin Newman
Griffin Newman is a New York-based actor, comedian, writer, and power forward specializing in rebounds.

In 2013 he was selected as one of the "New Faces of Comedy" at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. He currently performs with the sketch comedy group NIPSEY at The Upright Citizen's Brigade Theater, and co-hosts the podcast Blank Check with Griffin and David. He appeared as a recurring cast member on HBO's VINYL, USA's Political Animals, Colin Quinn's Cop Show, and as the 'Resident Entertainment Correspondent' on MTV's Nikki and Sara LIVE. All of those shows were quickly cancelled. He has appeared in the movies such as SXSW Grand Jury Prize winner Fort Tilden, Ivan Reitman's Draft Day, and Kelly Reichardt's Night Moves.

He can be seen in the TBS series Search Party, and starring as 'Arthur' on Amazon's reboot of The Tick alongside Peter Serafinowicz.

Morgan Miller is a New York based comedian who performs stand-up, sketch, and improv comedy. Morgan is currently on the UCB house Harold team Mermaids. She is also on the UCB Touring Company currently touring colleges and venues throughout the United States! She writes, performs, and produces stage sketch and web-based comedy as well! Morgan has appeared and created web commercials for H&R Block and Oreo Cookie Balls. She also has written and acted for Conde Nast and Above Average Productions. She appears on the Comedy Central DVD special No Real Reason and she raps a track on the iTunes album "The Extended Play, E.P." If you are out and seeing comedy in New York, Morgan is probably there or once was there or wants to be there!

Caroline Martin
CAROLINE MARTIN is an improviser, host, and Winner of the 2014 NBC & UCB Diversity Scholarship Showcase. She performs on Harold Night and Maude Night at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater New York where she also teaches improv comedy. Previously, she played on the UCB Lloyd team Astronomy Club and on The Peoples Improv Theater house teams Divo and Timber. Caroline received a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from Brown University.
