Matt Haeck
Matt Haeck
Matt Haeck comes by his contradictions honestly. Scrappy with a genuine, lyrical voice, he sings truths hard-earned from struggles most men twice his age haven’t seen. With a silky Southern drawl, Haeck sings about depression, divorce, battling demons and vices. Through personal failures and a new life after deciding to change, Matt Haeck has found himself through a series of dark turns while searching for the light on his debut album. Late Bloomer was produced by David Mayfield and features appearances from Critter Fuqua (Old Crow Medicine Show), Paul Defiglia (The Avett Brothers), Caitlin Rose and Elizabeth Cook.

PRESS:

"Few can bring that level of enthusiasm while still holding on to their authenticity. This is not show; it’s a man possessed by the music." - review of Matt Haeck's official Americana Music Association showcase. - Saving Country Music

"5 Rising Stars At Americana Music Festival 2016” - AXS

"an album that doesn’t defy the parameters of Americana but, rather, reflects its values with an assurance and confidence that already places it comfortably and completely amongst the finest examples of the genre..” - No Depression

“Late Bloomer is a super confident debut, filled with strong songs and the sound of someone going places in the Americana scene.” - PopMatters

"artists generally don’t display this kind of mastery until they’re well into the peak period of their careers". - Elmore Magazine
Robbing Johnny
Robbing Johnny
The Harlem-based band formed in 2014 while Pat was putting out rap music with Analog Rascals and John was doing solo singer/songwriter gigs in NYC. They started writing and playing parties as a duo. Jordan joined the band in early 2015 after graduating from Berklee College of Music and starting his masters in percussion at NYU. His use of acoustic percussion and electronic beats made the sound hit harder. Add Pat's high school bandmate, Evan Harris, on electric guitar and Jordan's Berklee class mate, John MaHoney, on the bass, and a full band was built around the raw tunes. Their debut release, Cynical Son EP, is available online everywhere.
