KNTRLR
KNTRLR = Blown out electronic samples; Sweaty dance-floors at airport Marriotts; Tom Waits; David Lee Roth; Chicago juke music.

Charles and Michael met at a Russian bath house in 2008. In their spare time they enjoy loitering around Coney Island and drinking Madeira in a Bushwick basement.
Will Brant
Will Brant
Will Brant is a Brooklyn-based guitarist and singer who writes music drawing inspiration from the melody, textures and repetition found in blues, popular song, experimental composition, electronic dance music, Indonesian gamelan, and West African music. He also composes for film and dance, and occasionally produces other talents in his home studio. Will's work as a visual artist informs his video work created to accompany his sounds and his layering of musical textures.

"The Water" and "Bloodlines" are two music videos for the newest tracks by Brooklyn artist Will Brant. Between two songs and stretching across the most dramatic landscapes, director Charles Hinshaw tells a single story. See teaser here: https://vimeo.com/92471478
Sewing Machines
Sewing Machines
Sewing Machines is Max Horwich and friends.

"If Brian Eno produced a slightly more Americana version of TV on the Radio, you might get a band sounding something like Sewing Machines. The group has a penchant for sculpting beautiful and natural soundscapes out of the most synthetic of sources. Keyboards and drum machines overlay functionally tweaked vocal energy... and still, all of it is catchy as hell. But if there's one thing to separate the band from the legions of loop machine tinkerers surrounding Brooklyn, it's the unexpected humanity and simple fun the band always make sure to include in their experiments."
