 Underground... The Union Hall Secret Science Club is a lecture/cabaret series that addresses all manner of scientific inquiry. Astronomers, physicists, marine biologists, neurobiologists, zoologists, mathematicians and more gather the first Wednesday of the month to inspire and enlighten. Each night features a spirited investigation of science through lecture, experimentation, screenings, and readings followed by an often heated Q&A. Presentations are usually followed by a science-themed live music performance or screening. Science-themed cocktails are served throughout the evening. The club also hosts special events such as an annual taxidermy contest. Events are free—just bring your smart self.
