Alec Spiegelman is a multi-instrumentalist/producer/songwriter in Brooklyn, NY.

He stays busy, as a member of Cuddle Magic (“the East Coast's coolest avant-pop group” - The New Yorker), as an in-demand woodwind player and arranger (on records by Okkervil River, Kevin Morby, Darlingside) and as a sympathetic collaborator with smart songwriters like Ana Egge, Jennifer Kimball, David Wax, Taylor Ashton, and Zoe Guigueno.

He keeps up with the news, not for fun, but out of a sense of civic duty. And while concerned about our country, he is cautiously optimistic about the resiliency of our democratic institutions.

You can expect songs about that, and girls, on his forthcoming debut solo album, and at his live solo performances.

George Peyton Gordon III (yes that is his real name) is a comedian from Dale City, VA, (or as he likes to call it, the great state of Virginia). He currently lives in New York City where you can see his stand-up almost every night, then argue with him about things like which is the better Weezer album—Pinkerton or Blue (definitely Pinkerton)—or why Alien is better than Aliens (because it just is). He has been in the New York Underground Festival, The Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland, OR, The Out of Bounds Comedy Festival in Austin, TX, the audience award winner at Laugh Track Festival in Denver and his writing has been included in the blog Rock Bottom. He has an unhealthy obsession with using parentheses. His comedy record, Your Good Friend, debuted at number 1 on the comedy charts.
