The Occasionalists: Live Band Karaoke with Storeys
The Occasionalists are back from winter break with more Live Band Karaoke. It's a super rad show featuring the best (and some of the worst) of the 1980s. Don't miss your chance to join the band on stage to sing Toto's "Africa," Simple Minds' "Don't You Forget About Me," Salt N Pepa's "Push It" and about 30 other songs to bring you back to the decade of MTV, big hair, and big synths. Visit our website at for more information and complete set list.

Best of all, in celebration of the record 118 women elected to Congress in the last election, the show benefits the amazing organization, Girls for Gender Equity. GGE is an intergenerational organization committed to the physical, psychological, social, and economic development of girls and women. Through education, organizing and physical fitness, GGE encourages communities to remove barriers and create opportunities for girls and women to live self-determined lives. The band can't think of a better cause.
Storeys makes blues infused indie-pop here in NYC, sounding like a mix of a warm bourbon cocktail and the frantic sounds of the New York life.
