Art School: A Cross-Genre, Multi-Disciplinary, Post-Conceptual Comedy Show
Join us for the latest exhibition of Art School: A Cross-Genre, Multi-Disciplinary, Post-Conceptual Comedy Show. Hosted by Tim Barnes (Comedy Central), Jordan Mendoza (Comedy Central), and Joanna Solotaroff (HBO’s 2 Dope Queens).

Just like actual art school, this show is all about experimenting. It's a highly-curated, comedy journey that incorporates all kinds of creative mediums: stand-up, storytelling, performance art, dance, magic - we’ve even had a fully immersive art installation!

The show will make you say, "Is it comedy though?" and "Oppressive but, like, in the best way" and "Hmm."

We feature new acts every show and are committed to bringing together the comedic leanings of multiple arts communities.
Tim Barnes
Tim Barnes
Tim Barnes is a Los Angeles born Brooklyn based comedian and writer whose absurdist humor brings light to social issues from unexpected angles. Tim has written for The AV Club, the NPR quiz show, Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me! and even documented his testicles once for Men’s Health.
Jordan Mendoza
Jordan Mendoza
Jordan Mendoza is a writer, comedian, and filmmaker based in NYC. I create the sketch series DUMB video (featured on Funny or Die) and host Drunk Science (ft. New York Times, Time Out NY critics' pick, Gothamist critics' pick), a monthly shitshow at Littlefield. My most recent short film won final selection at the Moët Moment Film Festival and was screened at the Golden Globes cocktail party. Weird right?! You can see my humor writing on Funny or Die and Reductress. I spend most of my time writing articles and videos for Time Inc.
