SEE YOU IN HELL!
SEE YOU IN HELL!
Hosts Doug and Matt, Hell’s Senior Operations Managers, are your guides as you watch NYC's finest stand-ups tell their best jokes then have one minute to fight for their spot in the non-stop party that is Hell. The audience decides who we’ll be seeing in Hell!
Matt Wayne
Matt Wayne
Matt Wayne is a stand-up comic based in New York City, and has been featured at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival as well as the Laughing Skull Comedy Festival. Matt has been seen on Comedy Drop on IFC, and Adam Devine's House Party on Comedy Central. He made his feature film debut in Solo Project, which can be seen on Amazon Prime. He produces a monthly show called See You In Hell, which has ran for the past 6 years, but recently found its new home at Union Hall in Brooklyn. The Comedy Bureau listed the show in their list of 100 Best Things in Comedy in 2014 and was featured in the New York Comedy Festival.
Doug Smith
Doug Smith
Doug Smith is a New York comic who recently made his late night debut on CONAN. Following his selection as a New Face at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival in 2013, he's been featured at the Oddball Comedy and Curiosity Festival, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, and the NY Comedy Festival. Doug co-hosts the stand-up/variety show See You in Hell which The Comedy Bureau listed in the Top 100 Best Things in Comedy. A finalist in both Caroline's March Madness competition and NY's Funniest competition on Seeso, Doug is also the creator and star of the web series Secret Weapon, a finalist at the Channel 101 festival. In addition to CONAN, Doug's TV appearances include Gotham Comedy Live on AXS TV, Uproarious on Fuse, and the new season of This Is Not Happening on Comedy Central.
Tanael Joachim
Tanael Joachim
Tanael Joachim is a standup comedian who has made appearances on Gotham Comedy Live on AXS TV and on Good Day New York on FOX. He is based in New York City but was born and raised in Haiti. Tanael has a very laid back, smooth, and conversational style and he jokes about race, society’s idiosyncrasies, and the inherent contrast between life in Haiti and America. Some people say his humor is smart and eye-opening; he would probably agree with these people.
Christi Chiello
Christi Chiello
Christi Chiello is a Comedian, Actress and Voice Over Artist based in NYC. She made her Comedy Central debut on Jeff Ross's Roast Battle, opposite legend Jimmy Carr. She was named a 'New Face of Comedy' at the International Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in 2017. Christi's appeared on TruTV's Late Night Snack, IFC's Comedy Crib and MTV's GirlCode. She co-hosts Battle of the Divas with Matteo Lane (Time Out NY's pick for 'Best of the NY Comedy Festival') and White Chocolate with Petey DeAbreu. Her one woman show "It's Christi, B*tch!" is hailed a "must see comedy event" by Time Out NY and plays at Ars Nova & Joe's Pub in NYC. The show made it's Los Angeles debut in February at Dynasty Typewriter and will soon be at the Good Good Comedy Theatre in Philly. You can hear Christi as Baby Saffron in Pinkalicious and Peterrific on PBS Kids and see her in national television commercials for IKEA.
Jordan Temple
Jordan Temple
I do stand-up. I do improv comedy. I used to be a ninja. I still am but I used to, too.
Stavros Halkias
Stavros Halkias
Stavros Halkias recently moved to New York City, hoping to get on television and buy his mother a nice house. After dabbling with comedy in college, he started performing regularly in his hometown of Baltimore, where he was named New Comedian of the Year in 2012. Since then he’s toured clubs, colleges, and independent shows across the U.S., been featured on XM Satellite radio, and become a regular on Robert Kelly’s You Know What Dude podcast. Here’s a list of some the great comedians he’s had the opportunity to work with: Tom Papa, Dave Attell, and Tig Notaro. Here’s a list of people that don’t approve of his comedy career: Emmanuel Halkias, his father.
